Appointment Policies

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for checking in and preparation. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Deposit and Payment Policy

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. This deposit will be deducted from your total service cost at the end of your appointment. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and digital payment platforms.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. This policy is in place to compensate our staff for their time and to ensure availability for other clients.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.

Children and Guest Policy

To ensure a relaxing and safe environment for all clients, we request that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless they are receiving services as well.

Refund Policy

Our services are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your lashes, please let us know within 48 hours of your service. We will offer a complimentary touch-up or provide a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Health and Safety Practices

Your health and safety are our top priorities. All tools and workspaces are sterilized before each use, and our staff are trained to follow all local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Additionally, if you are feeling unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to prevent the spread of illness.

Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items during your visit. We encourage clients to keep their belongings with them or leave valuables at home.
